STORY: Life with Smartphones

Kevin got his first smartphone on his birthday. He was so excited to use the device and explore its features.

He quickly learned how to download apps, watch videos, and chat with his friends using the internet. At first, he used the phone only after school.

But over time, his screen time increased. He stayed up late watching videos and playing games. His parents became worried that he might be getting addicted.

They had a talk and agreed on new rules. Kevin could still use his phone, but only for two hours a day. He started using the rest of his time for studying, hobbies, and outdoor play.
